By downloading or using the LAMUNGAN app, the following terms and conditions will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy or modify the entire or any part of the app or our trademarks in any way. You also are not allowed to extract the source code of the app and translate the app into other languages. The app and all the trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Volktek Corporation.

Volktek Corporation is committed to ensure that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. The app stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to use it. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone as it could render your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, making the app unable to work on your phone. Volktek Corporation does not accept the responsibility of failure to use the app due to any malfunction of your phone.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection through Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or mobile network. If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider apply and you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of the connection.

At some point, we may update the app that is currently available on Android and iOS. As the requirements for both systems may change, you will need to download their updates to keep using the app. We may also stop providing the app and terminate your use of it at any time without notice. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using the app and (if needed) delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time and will post the changes on this page. As these changes are effective immediately after they are posted, you are advised to review this page periodically.
